Halloween Party 2025 – Booking & Guidance

Please read the rules & guidance we need to have to help make the event run smoothly. The Booking Form is below the rules & guidance.

 

  1. This Event is being run by Volunteers who have given up their own time to help you. So please listen and support them on the day, no abuse or offense directed at them or anyone in attendance will be tolerated.
  2. Parents will need to accompany their child/ren and/or young adult/s.
  3. If you feel it will help, please explain any traits your child might have that can be misunderstood, so we can be prepared and able to explain if needed. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected].
  4. We are fully inclusive but we still have to take into account all attendees so if any attendee is too disruptive to the guest hosts or offensive to anyone within the the club we may consider asking the parent and or carer to leave. However we do understand that if it is a trait of their condition and will do our best to keep everyone in attendance as happy as can be, and if they are asked to leave we may accept them to future events.
  5. We will take some photos of at the event. If for any reason you do not wish photos of anyone in your family to be shared please inform us on the day or email [email protected].

We may add further rules but if we do we will have signage on the day. The rules and guidance are only because we want all children and young adults that attend to enjoy as best as they can!

The main aim is to run this event to help the children & young adults with SEND to meet other children & young adults, enjoy some Halloween fun and help advise the SEND Families of further help and support they might require.

Halloween Party 2025

  • Please add the total number of children and or young adults that will be attending the SEND Family Support's Halloween Party on Saturday 25th October 2025
    Please enter a number from 1 to 5.
  • Please book and pay for each child or young adult attending the specific session you have booked for. Adults and under 3's are free to enter.
    Price: £ 7.00
  • Please add the total number of children and or young adults that will need the Bouncy Castles Access Pass. Payment information for the Access Pass will also be on the confirmation email. Please note the Bouncy Castle Access Passes are optional. If you are not sure you can decide to book and pay on the day.

  • You will receive an automated email with confirmation of your pre-booking and payment Methods. If you can't see the email, please check your junk and spam folders. If you still can't find it email us at [email protected].
