The Easter Funday Booking Form is below the rules & guidance.
The reason we need rules & guidance is so this event can run as smooth as possible. We want to give the children & young adults with SEND and their siblings a safe place to be themselves and to meet other children & young adults, enjoy some Summer fun. Meanwhile providing help, support advise and as much information to the SEND Families that they might require from ourselves and other SEND organisations, authorities and groups.
- Only families that have signed up for SEND Family Support can attend this events. If you are a family caring for an individual with special educational needs & disabilities you can sign up by going to www.sendfs.co.uk/sign-up-for-send-family-support
- This Event is being run by Volunteers who have given up their own time to help you. So please listen and support them on the day. No abuse or offense directed at them or anyone in attendance will be tolerated.
- Parents need to accompany their child/ren and/or young adults.
- If you feel it will help, please explain any specific traits your child might have that can possibly be misunderstood, so we can be better prepared and able to explain if required. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected].
- We are fully inclusive, but we still have to take into account all attendees so if any attendee is too disruptive to the guest hosts or offensive to anyone within the the club, we may consider asking the parent and or carer to leave. However, we do understand that if it is a trait of their condition and will do our best to keep everyone in attendance as happy as can be, and if they are asked to leave we may accept them to future events.
- We will take some photos of at the event. If for any reason you do not wish photos of anyone in your family to be shared please inform us on the day or email [email protected] are only because we want all children and young adults and their families that attend to enjoy as best as they can!
